This year’s winners are Theo & Sebastian! These cats were adopted from the Iowa City Animal Care & Adoption Center in 2022. Theo & Sebastian were two of the 55 cats rescued from a local cat hoarding case. Donations to Friends of the Animal Center Foundation paid for their recovery and medical expenses.
